Hospitality Management is our program to provide the residents of Arrowhead in Gunnison Country services to provide themselves and their guests a clean, safe, and stocked home environment.

AIA in Gunnison Country is a special place filled with a unique community of folks. Our neighborhood is remarkable because we know how to rely on one another and look out for our neighbors. A main staple for our little community is the Arrowhead Mountain Lodge and the services we offer. We’re constantly upgrading our offerings and expanding our services. New to 2021 will be Trash/Recycling services. You have come to trust the amazing and attentive service you receive in the Arrowhead Mountain Lodge Restaurant and the Hotel. Trash Pickup
Why get geared up just to run the trash? Gotta warm up the geezer for a trash run, and that’s it? Don’t bother! Our service technician will come by your property at your selected interval and remove your trash bags and take them to the community trash compactor, so you don’t have to! Just leave your trash on your front porch or designated location of your choice and we’ll be by to grab it and you can stay warm and cozy.
Glass & Aluminum Recycling Pickup & Disposal
A long time coming! One of the most common inconveniences we hear about is that its so hard to recycle in Arrowhead. Well now, its not! AML has always practiced glass recycling and cardboard recycling, but now we’re opening it up to the community. Pick your interval and we’ll come grab your full bags of glass or aluminum. Please don’t mix them though. All recycleables not separated will incur an additional fee.
Cardboard Recycling Pickup
The community trash compactor really can’t handle cardboard, and the glues they use are bad for fireplaces. So how do you get rid of it? You call AML and we’ll come to pick it up and take it to the recycle center in Gunnison for you; that’s how!

One-time Service*:
Weekly Trash Services (1-time pickup)................................ $10.00
Weekly Trash & Recycling Services (1-time pickup)............. $25.00
Weekly Recycling Services (1-time pickup).......................... $15.00

Subscriptions Services*:
Monthly of Trash & Recycle Subscription Services (we’ll pick once a week)................................. $85.00
Monthly of Trash (we’ll pick once a week)................................. $40.00
Bi-Weekly Trash Services (2 pickups per month)............................. $20.00
Bi-Weekly Trash & Recycling Services (2 pickups per month)................................. $45.00
If you’re on a subscription pickup basis and need an additional pickup just give us a call and we’ll get you on the next available run. Each additional pickup will be $8/$12 (Trash/Recycling) on top of your normal scheduled pickup fees.
*Your AIA Monthly Trash Fee of $10/month will be added to our services, and payed directly to AIA Association for you.
