New Years Eve Wine Pairing Dinner 2022

Please join us for an elegant New Years' Eve Wine Pairing Dinner featuring wine from Colterris and a 10 pm East Coast Midnight Champaign toast.  Stay longer for the "NYE After-the-Dinner Cocktail Party" (no fee for entry) to ring in the New Year at midnight, open to the whole community.

Course One  

 Roasted Tomato Bisque with Crab Meat and a Grilled Crostini Paired with Chardonnay, 

Course Two

Pan-Seared Butter Risotto Scallops Paired with a Malbec, 

Course Three

Flame Grilled Lamb Chops with a Red Wine Sauce Paired with a Petit Verdot, 

Course Four

Chocolate Lava Cakes with a Cabernet Franc

Starts at 7pm at Arrowhead Mountain Lodge

A 20% Gratuity is included in all ticket prices.
