Lodging Policies, Terms & Conditions
The price includes accommodation and a continental breakfast. Breakfast burritos are available by request and are subject to a small additional charge. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit
Currently, we do not ask for a deposit, and payment is charged in full to the credit card on the reservation ( unless otherwise noted) the day of arrival. All bookings are confirmed by email.
Cancellation of Booking
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions. Should your travel arrangements change, you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to reallocate the room(s). If you need to cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, should this be acceptable.
Reservations with Normal Cancelation Policy: Reservations canceled within seven days of check-in date (but not within 24 hours) are charged 50% of the total bill. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking will be charged the full amount of their invoiced stay.
Reservations with a Non-Refundable, No Cancelation Rate Policy: Reservations made with the Non-refundable, No Cancelation rate are not eligible to be canceled and are subjected to have their credit card charged for their stay any time after making the booking, up to the day of arrival. We will allow these types of reservations a one-time transfer to another date (up to 90 days after the original check-in date) and another party.
Full Payment will be charged to the credit card on the account the day of arrival (if the reservation has not already paid). If you would like to pay for your booking with an alternative method, please call us at (970) 862-8206 or email at relax@arrowheadmountain lodge to inform us that you request for us not to charge the credit card on the account and tell us the type of payment that will be used to pay for the reservation.
Payment for all Non-refundable rates is made to the credit card on the account.
All credit card transactions are secure, and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodation, if we were unable to find suitable accommodation our liability would not extend beyond this point.
AML is a pet-friendly facility. There is a one-time charge of $25/room. Max pets allowed in 2 per room. We ask that pet owners are respectful of other guests and leave barking or destructive pets at home. Guest with such pets may be asked to leave. Guest is responsible for the clean-up of their pet and is to promptly report any accidents or damage to staff. Additional charges may be applied for any damage to the room.
Acceptance of Children
Children of all ages are welcomed at AML. We do not provide cribs or playpens, so please be sure to bring your own.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags, pay for your stay, and collect your room keys at an earlier time.
Late Arrival Procedure
Our reservation desk closes at the same time the Bar does. For any reservation, not checked-in by closing time, we will leave an envelope labeled with the last name of the booking with room keys and instructions on where to locate your room. If you arrive and you can not find an employee for assistance, please use the white cordless phone located in the lobby and call (970)209-6901
Please vacate your room by 11:00 am unless otherwise arranged.
Arrowhead Mountain Lodge is a TOBACCO FREE facility. If there is any evidence of smoking, there is a charge of $300.00. We do have designated smoking areas located outside the building.
There is a fire alarm system in operation, and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the lodge, you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid, this is non-negotiable.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying at AML. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. There is a charge of $75 for every missing towel, pillow, and linens.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission, we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
